You may need to secure a Visa for entry into Montenegro. Please try to arrange to get the Visa on time as it might take several weeks to process the paperwork. Also, you can take a minibus for Herceg Novi (parked infront of the airport building or on the parking lot), which will take you directly to any destination in Herceg Novi.
